Mr. Heffernan is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of UAE based Septech Holdings as well as Septech Middle East and the construction management company EMtech. | Ms. Bartlett has been responsible for the diversification of the company’s portfolio which today, caters to six major industry sub-markets; pre-cast infrastructure, water, waste water, mobile water, utilities management and marina. Committed to the growth of the economy and industry of the Middle East, Bartlett is an active member of the Young President’s Organisation Emirates Chapter. Ms. Sharon Bartlett, with the completion of a double degree, Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with Honors at Chisholm Institute of Technology, followed by the start up and management of a successful infrastructure company during her first year of studies, she quickly gained recognition as a talented business professional. |

| Iwan Baxter Hughes holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and carries more than 20 years experience in project administration and management throughout Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Hughes has personally managed several major international construction projects throughout the Middle East region, always in excess of client expectations. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hughes is ensuring the direction and operational focus for all the major business units are aligned with the company’s objectives. Problem solving and overcoming adverse situations are his key strengths, which is a major contributing factor to the success of the business. |

| Ashruf Kamel | Chief Strategy Officer |
| Ashruf Kamel holds a double Degree and Honors in both Economics and Management, and is currently completing his MBA. Being elected as Septech’s Chief Strategy Officer in July 2007, Ashruf moved to the Middle East 5 years ago to launch a multinational manufacturing company, which was acquired by Septech in June, 2006. A visionary leader, Mr. Kamel is responsible for Septech’s strategic growth throughout the Middle East region including regional management, corporate governance and transparency, he is in charge of the structure of all the company's operational vehicles and holds a strategic seat on the board. |
