| Australian born, David
Heffernan is the co – founder and Chief Executive Officer of Septech.
Heffernan completed his studies in Melbourne, Australia, securing
qualification with the highest level of accreditation in both building
studies and business. With over 20 years of regional and international
business experience across diverse array of industries: water, waste
water, infrastructure manufacturing, engineering, property and
bloodstock. Heffernan holds Director positions for Heffernan
Enterprises, Global Project Solutions, Al Dhafra Pipes and Global
Luxury Resorts as well as the position of Chairman for HII Limited
Investment Group. As a dedicated member of the Young Presidents
Organization in both Australia and Dubai, Heffernan actively contributes to the development of international business practices, standards and emerging talent. |

Sharon Bartlett | Chief Compliance and Communications Officer

| Sharon Bartlett holds
dual degrees in Marketing and Psychology earned with Honors at Chisholm
Institute of Technology. In 1997, co-founded launched Septech. For the
past 12 years, Bartlett has been responsible for the diversification of
the company’s portfolio which today, caters to four sub markets: water,
wastewater, marina and precast infrastructure. Bartlett has steered the
company towards partnering with the leaders of international business,
GE, Pacsoft MMS and Bellingham Marine. Committed to the growth of the
economy and industry of the Middle East, Bartlett is an active member
of the Young Presidents Organization Emirates Chapter. |

| Iwan Baxter Hughes | Chief Operating Officer |
| Iwan Baxter Hughes holds
a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering since 1989. He has more than 20
years experience in project administration and management. Iwan has
personally managed several major international construction projects
throughout the MENASA region. His major projects include water,
wastewater and marina infrastructures for The Atlantis, Saadiyat
Island, Tigerwoods, Dubai Festival City Marina, Dubai Yacht Club
Marina, Jumeirah Beach Hotel Marina and Yas Marina. He has always been determined to
deliver projects on time, within budget and in excess of client
expectations. |

| Ashruf Kamel | Chief Strategy Officer |
| Ashruf Kamel holds a
double degree with honors in both economics and management in
Australia. He is internationally experienced in the generation, setup
and establishment of utilities infrastructure companies. Ashruf moved
to the Middle East four years ago to launch a multinational
manufacturing company which in June 2006 was bought out by Septech.
Acquired as part of the sale, Ashruf moved into the company and today
serves as Chief Strategy Officer. Ashruf is responsible for Septech’s
strategic growth throughout the MENASA region including regional
management, corporate governance, and transparency. |
